1. Delivery Timelines

Orders are dispatched from our Mumbai fulfillment center within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation:

Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 6 business days.
Remote / Special Regions: 5 to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

Free Express Shipping: Available on all orders with cart total above ₹1,499.
Standard Delivery: Flat ₹99 applicable on orders below ₹1,499.
Free Shipping Coupons: Promotional codes such as FREESHIP waive off delivery fees completely.

3. Order Tracking & Real-Time Updates

Once dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking link. You can also track your shipment status anytime using your Order ID on our Track Order Page.

4. Courier Partners & Tamper-Proof Packaging

Every piece of jewelry and saree is inspected and packaged in signature velvet-lined, tamper-evident boxes. We partner exclusively with premier tier-1 courier providers including BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC.
