1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from THE ONE SALUTATION (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Our”, or “The Brand”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Products, Authenticity & Descriptions

We make every effort to display the true colors, dimensions, and craftsmanship of our jewelry and sarees accurately:

• Anti-Tarnish Jewelry: Our pieces feature specialized protective plating designed for endurance and daily wear. Caring instructions should be followed for optimal longevity.
• Handcrafted Sarees: Subtle weave irregularities are natural hallmarks of authentic handloom craftsmanship, not manufacturing flaws.
• Pricing & Taxes: All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST as mandated by the Government of India.

3. Orders, Coupons & Pricing

Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase:

• We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing typographical errors, or suspected unauthorized coupon manipulation.
• Promotional discount codes and coupons are subject to individual validity dates, minimum purchase thresholds, and usage limits.
• Coupon discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or combined unless explicitly authorized.

4. Payments & Security

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Major Debit/Credit Cards. All online transactions are processed through encrypted 256-bit secure payment gateways. We do not store raw card credentials on our servers.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return window for eligible unworn, undamaged items with original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, customized pieces or altered sarees may not be eligible for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment source or store credit within 5–7 business days upon inspection.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, brand logos, product photography, and designs displayed on THE ONE SALUTATION are the exclusive intellectual property of the Brand. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
